Where they lived

The Cheyenne were originally found in an areas now know as South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, Colorado and Kansas. The Cheyenne were relocated to Montana. Some also live in Texas and Oklahoma.

The Cheyenne Villages were made of wigwams. After they became a nomadic, they lived in buffalo skin large tents called tipis.

The Cheyenne women harvested corn, beans and squash. The men hunted deer and buffalo. After they acquired horses, they gave up farming to follow the buffalo.
